At 35ft in length the 1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow is not a large RV. It sleeps up to six people mostly on pull out beds. The water tank is small for 6 people at only 70 gallons. This Fleetwood motorhome runs on gasoline fuel with a 7.5L 460 CU IN engine and a super duty chassis. It also has a 5000 watt Onan generator.

All of the seats in this RV are covered with a tan cloth. There are 3 captain style chairs. Two are for the driver and passenger a third is close behind the passenger. A small table folds up and down for cards or drinks. A floral printed couch is directly behind the drivers seat. The 1997 Fleetwood has almost no walking room. Along the top of the motorhome is a small television and cabinets take up most of the ceiling. The kitchen has a small floral booth that folds out into a bed. It has a small sink,microwave,stove and refrigerator. A small hallway leads to the bedroom and has a few more cabinets in the wall. The bathroom is extremely small but does manange to fit an actually bath tub in it. The bedroom has a decent size bed and tons of storage space. A tiny television is built into the ceiling.

Three fold out awnings keep the sun from heating up the Pace Arrow motorhome. There are multiply large storage areas under the RV. They are great places for extra luggage or sporting goods. A back up camera is mounted on the rear of this motorhome. A 3" trailer hitch is mounted on the rear and makes towing a car or suv no problem.
