Keystone RV is one of the most popular manufacturers of RVs. Keystone RV models are primarily travel trailers, fifth wheels, lightweight, and toy haulers. They boast approximately 30 different models of RVs, some of which double up in different classes (e.g. their ‘Bullet’ model being both a fifth wheel and travel trailer). Keystone RV Service is good. There are stories online of both Keystone RV Dealers and independent contractors under the umbrella taking exemplary care of their customers, even (oddly enough) in ‘complaint’ sections of Keystone RV blogs. As for the products themselves, Keystone RVs range from approximately $10k to $100k. The cheaper end Keystone RV travel trailers such as ‘bullet’ can be found as cheap as ten grand; the average bullet sells for about 15 grand. At the other end of the price spectrum you find the Keystone Big Sky, the king (or queen) of all Keystone RVs. These beautiful works of art are worth every penny, if you can afford it!

On their website, Keystone RV company claims to ‘live, eat, and breathe’ the philosophy of the ultimate importance of the customer. Whereas other companies talk about customer importance, Keystone RV strives at every turn to place the customer above all else. Of course, no company has ever been able to boast 100% customer satisfaction, and Keystone RV is no different. They have their regular host of complaints, but many of the complaints I have seen online were ultimately resolved by Keystone RV. The bottom line is, Keystone RV does want to take care of their customers. Unfortunately, people always slip through the cracks. As a customer you want to be sure to take the best possible care of your RV, and if you need to contact Keystone for service, be kind and professional, and they will return the Favor!
